Get to know Jerry!

I'm a comedy writer that grew up in a small suburban area called Port Charlotte, Florida. My knack for the craft began when I was in high school. I used to actively write and perform any kind of sketch I could think of in various attempts to entertain my peers. If something resulted in a laugh, I took note of it and either expanded on it, or turned it into a punchline that segued into another topic.
Eventually, I turned my sights onto song parodies and received the opportunity to record two independent comedy albums. Everyone Smells The Same, my first foray into the recording world, was released between the summer of my sophomore and junior years. The follow-up, Alias: Human, was produced a few years later. Each one contained handfuls of song parodies by popular artists at the time and both are available for free downloading on this site.
After graduation, the general consensus appeared to be that I was good at what I did, and I realized that I was determined to make a career for myself in the entertainment industry. I had always been interested in the mediums of film and television as art forms, so I enrolled in the film and multimedia program at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. Filmmaking proved to be a great outlet for my comedic ability, as I found myself producing pop cultural spoofs and satires as student projects.
As a writer, I've published two novels, a political satire entitled Population: One, and a parody of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy entitled Fifty Ways to Slay. Both are available on Amazon. On the filmmaking front, I'm in the midst of developing my own production company and outlining a couple of screenplays that I hope to go into production on soon. In the meantime, here is where you'll be able to follow my latest projects and stay informed with all things me.
